Spray painting new plaster

Hi all

I need to put a mist coat onto our new extension's plastered walls. As it's watered down emulsion, can i use a paint sprayer to do this?
As we've no flooring/furniture etc. doesn't matter too much if it's messy and I thought this would be the quickest way to do it as it's quite a big space? Any advice gratefully received Smile

You will end up with most of it on the floor! Use a large brush - best way to keep mess to a minimum when mist coating ime.

Thanks! Will do that, just wish I could afford for someone to do it for me!

Yes it is quicker but you'll need to carefully cover everything eg windows. The spraying machine costs a bit to hire but unless you enjoy painting it would be cheaper all the same
