Hi ladies.
Have you ever added a garage to your property. Could I ask approximately how much you spent? Would you change it?
And does anyone have a garage with a granny flat? Again how much did you spend? Would you change anything?

Haven’t added a garage but imagine that a brick built garage will be a bit like building as extension although won’t require all the finishes. Depending on where you are, I’d budget 1.5k/m2+ Adding a flat above probably 2k/m2 +.
