Need to fix my 1985 Silver Cross Pram

This was my Silver Cross Pram from 1985. No idea what model this is, so I need help. Any information you can provide would be great. I need new tyres and a shopping basket. Photo is attached. And any suggestion of stockists who might carry the needed items would be great.

I would just contact Silver Cross for advice. I used to have a SC pram and walked miles pushing DD in it. Happy days :)
