This may be a silly question but would I need planning permission to rebuild a garage that we took down 10 years ago? It is adjacent to next doors garage and was built at the same time as the house. When we moved in we realised it was unsafe so we had it removed and haven't been able to afford to replace it until now. We will be replacing it with a similar version. (block built not sectional) thanks
