I can't find anything on the Planning Portal website about this, so I thought I'd ask the MN experts.
Do we need to get planning permission to change the steps to a ramp with a rail, for an external door at the side of our house? This would be for bikes and occasional wheelchair use by elderly relative.
We'd also like to have a waterproof 'roof' over the ramp area between the side of the house and our car port. Would we need planning permission for this too?
