Are these any good and do most people use a proper flashing cut into the mortar or just a mastic seal to the wall (Low modulus silicon)?
I've got a rotting canopy over my front door which I could re-felt but it's had its day. Whilst I'd like an enclosed porch we just don't have the money at the moment so hence the question.
