Anyone with Polished Porcelain tiles around shower?

I love the look of polished porcelain tiles, but wonder if they need more thorough cleaning to keep that polished sheen?

I want something low maintenance, so am veering towards ceramic tiles (which we currently have and are easy to keep clean). However I love the look of polished porcelain, so would love to hear other people's experience of them. Many thanks

They are a lovely choice. I used to sell tiles and as long as they are sealed properly they are easy to clean.

We had porcelain in our last house - I found them easy to clean as wall tiles. Suspect they would be harder to maintain on the floor, plus would be slippy. We had textured porcelain on the floor.
