Fitted wardrobe preferences?

We're renovating 60's 3 bed semi with a view to renting it out. In this area and price range it will probably appeal to a young family or couple.

The master and second bedroom share a wall that has old cupboards built in. Our options are to create built in wardrobes right across in the master, leaving no built in storage in second bedroom, or to split the built in storage - possibly 50/50 or two thirds in master with a single built in cupboard in second bedroom.

What would people find more attractive / useful? Thanks.

I would go with fitted wardrobes in the master as that's were two people are likely to store their stuff. If it's s couple, they won't need wardrobes in the spare room as it'll likely be a guest bedroom or a study. If it's a family, they might prefer convenient storage for toys - not sure fitted wardrobes would be the ideal.

2/3 in master, 1/3 in second bedroom.

We removed 1/3 2/3 split and went 100% for master
