Cleaning PVC

How do you clean your outside white PVC window ledges and doors? Tried Fairy and a soft cloth but didn't do much. Any ideas?

Google PVCU solvent cleaner.

Everbuild do a good one.

It stinks to high heaven, dissolves false nails and don't get a match near it but it cleans pvc amazingly!
