I need some positive vibes. Our vendors have messed us around so much. They were originally trying to get us to speed up our sale - which was going at a normal pace - their new house was ready and they wanted to be in it asap. It comes to deciding on a date and ourselves, our buyers and our vendors all agreed on Friday 22nd. Removal company booked; which of course we paid the weaver fee (£125) just in case. On the 20th they decide to tell us that they won't be ready until the 29th - Friday coming. Meaning we had to pay another £125 to the movers. I was quite annoyed as they had been pushing us to get sorted because their house was supposedly ready. We have since found out they're not going to the original house because they've decided to separate, however are still needing to sell. Now today all solicitors involved wanted to get the contracts exchanged, meaning every one needed to be available to give authorisation but the male vendor refused to answer his phone. I feel like the separation isn't going well and they're being immature and trying to get at each other. Sorry for rambling. Feeling so stressed, living out of boxes with a 2 year old. Trying to sort things whilst having a massive pregnant belly and a broken wrist.
