Dodgy tiling, need advice

Hi folks, I'm getting my bathroom done and stupidly went with the cheapest price...I know, huge mistake. I've had him rectify lots of things I wasn't happy with but left with two issues. He took the additional facings off from round my window And said he could make it nicer and have been left with a mess. Also it looks to me like there will be a gap between the tiles and the bath panel when it arrives. Any advice?

Ahh man yeah we are nearly there, I have kept all the receipts for repairs and finishing and hopefully going through claims to get that money back. We stupidly trusted him and paid in full because he had done previous work. feel completely stupid as well as the fact we didn’t even have his address! Just hope karma will be in our favour! I would definitely get quotes and go from there but honestly you may struggle, we did because nobody wants to touch bad work we found out so had to resort to doing it ourselves. Some of it we just have to live with but it was a huge lesson!
