Help - need an extra tall shower screen

Where can I get a taller than average shower screen which doesn't cost a flipping fortune.

We have a shower enclosure 1500 x 800 wide. I've bought a 1500 x 1900 shower screen thinking this will be ok however am concerned the water will bounce off dh's bald head onto the light fitting over the basin. Light is level with top of the shower and only about 5cm away from screen. position of basin cannot be moved. can anyone recommend one as am drawing blanks at the moment. Don't want to spend more than £300 and preferably less... thanks in advance

We just have a standard cubicle screen and a similar set up I think. DH is 6'2 and DSs who occasionally use our shower are 6'3 and almost 6'2. This means that we have the shower head quite high up and we only have a small square cubicle (tiny en-suite). It's a power shower too so pretty strong.

We dont have any issues with it coming over the top at all. We tend to angle the head slightly towards the corner away from the doors and away from the light but don't have any overflow at all.

I'm not at home at the moment to measure how high it is, but it was just bog standard tray and enclosure.

thank you. That is some reassurance. Have been phoning around this morning and higher ones seem to be really hard to find.
Will keep looking though.

Is the light above the washbasin IP44 rated? (as legally required). It can take some moisture and splashing.

given that the screen still has to sit on the tray so will be a wee bit higher than 1900 then I can't really see that it's going to be an issue. How tall is your DH if he is the tallest?

He is 6 foot. not sure what he does in the shower but he is quite splashy!

I've just checked and our is only about 1750 and we have no issues so it should be fine.

thank you for all your advice. I am sticking with what we have and dh will just have to be careful...
