Cost of a Block (Site) Plan

I need a Block Plan (also known as a Site Plan) drawing up by either a planning agent or architect. It needs to show a rectangular building in my garden, drawn to scale, (44.5m², 10084mm x 4414mm) that I'm going to submit for planning permission. I've already written a Design & Access Statement and have all my documents in order. I going to submit the planning application myself but just need help with the drawn-to-scale Block Plan.

Does anyone know how much it would cost or have any experience of having one drawn up?

Thank you for any help or advice offered.

For the time that would take an architect it shouldn't cost more than £50, but as it will need a site visit I think you'd probably be looking £100-£150.

Google architectural technicians in your area and give them a ring. Cheaper than an architect.
