Tree house

We are currently buying a property which has a large 'tree' house in the garden. it's not actually attached to a tree, but more like a play house on very high stilts. We don't want it and I don't think it's very safe anyway.

So my question is - who would be the right person (job wise) to get in to take it down?

Ask the sellers to remove it prior to completion?

Sell it on fb, buyer to dismantle

Ooh yes then we might get another classic thread like the EKL when said person comes to collect and dismantle tree house
