Replace doors and windows?

I have a small property which has had tenants in for approx 10 years, but I have decided to sell this year.
The windows at the front of the property are rotten but the back ones aren't too bad.
I've been quoted £5k to replace them all.

Is it worth the spend? Am I likely to recoup the cost with a higher resale or is it just going to give the house more curb appeal and potentially a quicker sale?

5k seems abit steep tbh and recouping your £ is a hit and miss as is will deffo improve your epc and add abit of value to the house it all does boil down to how much it costs to replace them in the 1st place
