What's it like to live in your area with kids? What are the state primaries like? Is it easy to meet other mums? Is there much snobbery? Is it loads of waiting lists to get kids into classes etc?
I really love these two areas but we would be taking a hit property size wise rather than somewhere like Crouch End or Muswell Hill.
