Has anyone used bySTORED for house removals and storage?

They appear to have very good Trust Pilot reviews, almost too good! I know that it is possible for Trust Pilot reviews to be "managed" by companies so that they always look glowing. Therefore I don't put any trust in the reviews. uk.trustpilot.com/review/bystored.com

Has any real person on here used them?

That is my understanding! I don't trust Trust Pilot. That is why I would like to hear from some real people who have used bySTORED
