I am thinking of moving to Exeter. I don't know it at all, but a lot of research suggests it has all the benefits of a town with lovely countryside, an airport and train to London . I am looking for somewhere with a rural feel, but with good transport links to Exeter and surrounding areas for my son who doesn't drive. Can you suggest areas where I could find a detached house with a nice garden, three beds, lots of lovely walks from the doorstep for around £500,000?
