I am completely new to this and would appreciate some advice. Has anyone done a multi-storey rear extension of a victorian terrace house in a conservation area in London? Basically I would like to extend all three floors (lower ground, ground and first floors) towards the back garden, spanning the full width of the house. I'd like to maintain the original outside finish/brickwork throughout the extension so it blends seamlessly with the original house.
First I want to know if a project like this has ever been granted a planning permission. Second, how much did it cost it approximately and if you would recommend your builder? Thank you very much!
