Soak.com - is it any good?

I've seen a number of items on the soak.com website that are very reasonably priced and wondered if they were dodgy quality etc. Anyone have any experience please?

A friend just ordered from there and absolutely loves the products she got. Very good quality apparently. She ordered a sink and the unit that goes below it.
