Red Carpet Advice

I've just had a new red/burgandy carpet fitted in my living room. I love it to bits but it shows every bit of muck up :-( With 2 kids munching biscuits, even in the kitchen, the crumbs still make their way to the carpet. I'm forever having to hover it.

I don't think there is any solution but i'm open to any tips. My last carpet was brown with like a white flecs in it and hid crumbs well :-)

We've just bought a house and there is red carpet on the stairs and landing... I can't wait to get of it as it constantly looks filthy!

I inherited a brand new navy blue carpet in the room that is my sewing studio! It's too good to throw away, so I use the hand held Dyson on it every night!
Fortunately it doesn't have to be on show, so I only pick up the worst.
Get a hand held Dyson.
