Can you "un-warp" wood...?

My extendable dining table has a central section which is warped. It is not attached - just lifts off - can it be "un-warped"?

Probably but at least seek advice from a skilled woodworker/cabinet maker.Get a couple of 'answers' that agree before doing anything to it.
