Just wondered if anyone has any experience with this.
I've just taken a tenancy of a 3 bed semi in a rural location, with no mains drainage. The council tax band is band E, a band higher than the property I've just left which was similar. (Same LA)
Checked on VOA and it's marked as a mixed use property, does using a house for business purposes automatically push it up a band? TIA
