There was a thread running about the pros and cons of bars in houses.

Well- if you are going to do it... do it like this!!

I love the fact they have proper cinema seats in rows!

The video tour is weird - the narration sounds like it was written for a different house, totally bland and doesn't mention any of the special features - the bedrooms apparently have 'space for bedroom furniture'.

That house is NUTS but I love it!!! and I can't believe the price (envious London commuter-land resident)

I think the thing with the video is that the voice over is a set of pre recorded phrases that you choose. I can't imagine there was a pre recorded sentence for 'includes a pub'.

But they probably ought to have one for 'many special features' or similar. Likely to be more useful than 'the bedroom includes space for furniture'

and 'kitchen has spaces for appliances' (oh and by the way there's a feck of massive pub out back)...

That actually looks like it's been modelled on my local pub! (I live in Ireland pubs tend to all look like that!)

I kinda really love it and if I ever move I want a cinema room.

I take it a single man lives there...
