So, we have bought it, so no going back now. But after having a look on here I'm not going to lie I'm abit concerned. We are having our own local small town fitter to fit it and we loved it in the store! But I'm seeing lots of bad reviews on here now (should have looked first) is the main problem with the fitters or with the kitchens themselves. Have I made a huge mistake???ConfusedConfused

We just had a wren kitchen fitted and it is fantastic with no problems. I read all the bad reviews on here too, but decided to go ahead anyway because we liked the kitchen. Our independent builder said it was designed really well and he was very impressed. He also said that he fitted a wren kitchen about ten years ago (he usually only does Howden's) and it was crap so he was dreading fitting ours. Maybe they've improved over the years.
The only thing I didn't like was that plain white was a special colour that cost more. I could have grey or cream, but not white. We went with light grey and it is nice, but I would have liked white.

We have a wren kitchen, no probs with it. Was fitted by our own fitter. I love my kitchen!

They are very hit and miss with their fitters & customer service and they have over inflated prices. My friend had a kitchen from them and the actual kitchen itself is not too bad though.

I know 3 people who have bought Wren kitchens in the last year and the problem always seems to be with delivery/customer service. The quality of the kitchen is outstanding, although I can't comment on fitting as they all refused to pay the exorbitant fitting charge and used local fitters instead.

I bought a wren kitchen and sourced my own fitter. Any problems we did have (missing and damaged items) were resolved quickly and easily. A year on I still love my kitchen 😊

We have a wren kitchen and it's gorgeous- everyone asks about it. We had our own fitter. I'm really happy with ours.

I've got one and now it's finished I do love it but we had lots of damaged items delivered and items missing. Took about a month to get completed as we had to wait another 2 weeks for the replacement. The customer service was good though and they never quibbled anything. On all the boxes it says you need to check it's all there straightaway or you can't claim for missing items but we never did as there was so much and they never argued.
Our designer recommended getting our own fitter. The designer was a bit shit though and luckily our carpenter made little adjustments where needed.
