Navy or pale grey kitchen cabinets

I need to order our new kitchen this week but can't decide between navy or pale Grey. It will be in frame shaker style. The room isn't the lightest but we have had better lighting put in. The worktops will be white Quartz.
I think I prefer navy but worry the room will be too dark! Help

Navy sounds fab with white counter tops!

You could do navy on the bottom and have the grey ontop, go on Pinterest and have a look at split colour kitchens

I would go navy with your choice of counter tops. It sounds fab by the way.

Navy does look lovely but it's a look that's so 'of the moment' that I suspect it will date hugely.

PurpleDaisies · 28/08/2017 17:44

I agree with mini, grey's a safer bet for not looking dated.

Theorchard · 28/08/2017 17:44

Navy, I think navy with brass handles will look lovely, and if you find it looks dated just change the handles.

Navy is a classic colour. I don't think it will date at all.

If you go on the DIY kitchen website, they have hundreds of photos of kitchens sent in by customers. You could have scroll through to see what catches your eye.

Sounds great! We're having a very similar colour scheme - dark grey/navy with a white quartz worktop and antique copper handles/knobs/latches. Have a Google for DeVol pantry blue kitchen to see what I mean (we can't afford Devol but are recreating it on a budget).
