Minerva - Marking like hell

Brand new house, not been here 24 hours yet. Kitchen is beautiful but has Minerva fitted. Someone put some mugs down on the side and picked them up 10 minutes later - no amount of Cif and elbow grease is shifting it.

Surely something must be up with it to be marking like this?

Any experience?

I'm not sure what Minerva is but if it's solid surface like Maia I use a bit of bleach and a dish brush. Could you try that somewhere inconspicuous?

We have the same worktop, colour and all... I find those magic erasers good at taking off stains... Flash do them And Aldi sometimes have a big pack of them...
