Go To Survey? Any good?

Hi all,

Just in the process of arranging a survey and have been offered a good deal by Go To Survey. We are selling through Purple Bricks, so they give a discount as are affiliated with them. Debating whether to use them, or go with a local surveyor. There is about £100-200 difference.

It's a 1950s ex council house....

Just wondered if anyone had any experience with Go To?

I think Go To use local surveyors and then take a cut for passing the business on. So you might be getting the same surveyor that you would if you contacted someone directly.
