hi so my story is my husband has been given a great job opportunity only problem is it's down south we are from the north east. so I have a few topics to hopefully cover.

firstly the houses are so expensive so we will be going from a mortgage (need to sell the house) to renting I have looked online at maps of the area and houses for rent ECT the list of places to live have been narrowed down to...
Eastleigh (30 minutes to my husband's work, houses not fantastic for the monthly amount)
Salisbury (40-50 minutes to my husbands work but houses are great)

I also need to consider schools/nursery my son is 3 and at home as we are working parents we are entitled to the 30hrs free child care. is this offered down south?

is salisbury or eastleigh a busy area as we currently live in a little village and both dislike hustle and bustle of towns or city's

can anyone from the area help or anyone that has relocated in general help with the list of to do's

thanks
😊

Is it really a great opportunity if you can't afford to buy though? I'm not sure I'd give up owning to rent....
