A relative of mine is looking at buying a house in Bath. He lives overseas so research at the moment has been on the internet. He thinks postcodes BA1 or BA2 look good, but within those would like to be a 10 - 15 minute walk into the City centre. Budget approx £500k but would look at listing up to about £575k wish . He will be booking some appointments to view and visiting later this week.
Does anyone have any sage words of advice about good areas or , roads/ areas to avoid?
