Eek - buyer having two surveys...

Buyer took ages to arrange a survey - it happened yesterday. EA just called to arrange a further survey in two weeks. Anyone know what the possible reasons might be for two surveys? Getting a little paranoid!

We had two one from bank for mortgage and one from us. Ours was a full survey.

Could it be a survey for the mortgage company and then a full survey for buyer? We did our separately as wanted an in depth one.

Is it maybe a damp survey. Sometimes people have a second one for that

The bank one isn't a survey but a valuation to check figures stack up from banks point of view.

Oh phew! Hopefully one is related to a mortgage, that would make sense. Feeling a little daft now!
