What would the layout of this house be?

Google has failed me. I'm sure Mumsnet will not.

Has anyone got any clues what the layout of this house would be like? There's a tiny extended bit on the back and only small windows on the side of the house.

Thank you in advance for your wisdom.

What's the address? Can you not find any information on Rightmove, whether for sale or via sold prices?

Ecureuil · 18/08/2017 07:52

It's impossible to tell really, without an actual floor plan. Can you ever look at the front of a house and tell definitely what it's layout would be? Or am I missing something?

beargryllshasabigrope · 18/08/2017 07:54

There is no information at all! It's v annoying.

And no.. I don't think you can ever look at the front of the house and guess at it's layout. But there are all sorts of wonderful people on mumsnet so I thought perhaps someone has that special skill. Grin

Look at neighbouring properties (and council planning website)

Plentyoffishnets · 18/08/2017 08:15

I reckon the window to the right of the door on the photo is a small kitchen, and to the left probably sitting room/ diner that goes round to the back behind the kitchen.
Why do you want to know op?!

coriliavijvaad · 18/08/2017 08:18

I'd reckon that the small bit to the right of the front door is a downstairs loo/cloakroom and that the other side of the front door is the sitting room but beyond that it is impossible to tell.

beargryllshasabigrope · 18/08/2017 08:37

I think the same, that the bit to the right is a loo and the other front window is a living room.

I want to know because I'm planning an elaborate break in.

I think the small extension bit is a downstairs bathroom of some sort, mainly because of all the bottles (toiletries? ) in the window. Main front window is probably the living room.

Hmm me too.

I reckon it has a dungeon Wink

beargryllshasabigrope · 18/08/2017 10:49

It looks like it could have a dungeon. Maybe that's why it's not on google. I'm pissed off with google and the lack of floor plans.

SerfTerf · 18/08/2017 10:53

Do you feel comfortable posting the postcode?

beargryllshasabigrope · 18/08/2017 10:56

No 'fraid not. It might hamper my plans Wink

OP posts:
SerfTerf · 18/08/2017 10:57

Hmm. Dungeon plans

metalmum15 · 18/08/2017 11:24

If you're planning on buying it, it looks like it could do with some tender loving care Wink

beargryllshasabigrope · 18/08/2017 11:40

It definitely needs a lot of TLC, poor dungeon house.

Have you checked the local online planning portal? There could be something there

beargryllshasabigrope · 18/08/2017 13:58

Good idea! I'll do that when I'm back in the land of wifi and not my very limited 3G

OP posts:
NiceCuppaTeaAndASitDown · 18/08/2017 14:33

That plan assumes that they had to apply for planning permission when they built the dungeon.
It's possible that it wasn't needed though

beargryllshasabigrope · 18/08/2017 17:11

No joy... it is a mystery house. I wonder what it's hiding behind that grubby curtain.

OP posts:
metalmum15 · 18/08/2017 18:36

It looks like the kind of house that's full of rubbish and cats. See, now you've got us all (or just me? ) wondering why you want to know. ..

beargryllshasabigrope · 18/08/2017 18:39

I think it'll have green carpets and brown kitchen cupboards. And a bit of a whiff about it... the bleach on the toilet window is a red herring.
