Island lights

I have 3 lights to put above my island .Can anyone share the height they have theirs please ...I know it says 28-34inches online but if anyone can share that would be great ...my builder will have to have patience with me when he's done installing them as I have a sloped ceiling and of course it's going to take a little longer to get them all in a line

at a height that makes it impossible for a tall person to bang their head on the lamps.

Does this island include a hob? Gas or electric?

We have 3 pendants over a peninsula and they are 70cm (27.5 inches) above the work surface. They are also on a sloping roof and it was a pain for the electrician to get them the same length!

Ours are also about 70cm above island. I did say 90cm to start with, electrician fitted them and they were too high. He obviously loved me when I asked him to drop them 20cm (not least because he'd cut the flex!)
