We are hoping to relocate to this area as soon as we can find a suitable property. We really liked Sunningdale but wondered whether we might get more for our (modest!) budget in Sunninghill. However, my dh would need to commute into London. Can someone tell me whether this would be do-able in the mornings (purely from a practical point of view it looks like Sunninghill is about 1.5 miles from Sunningdale/Ascot and what would be the preferred/quickest way of getting into central London? Do people take a bus to Ascot or Sunningdale or is it walking distance? Also, what is Sunninghill like to live in? We are hoping for a 3 bed with nice garden for £700k. DD is in school in Chertsey which looks like an easy commute.
