Hi All,
I find myself owning a thermostat-controlled central heating system for the first time in 25 years of being a grown-up. It's one of those Hive wireless ones so can go anywhere in the house.
But where should I put it?
The internet seems divided between:
Coldest place in house (i.e. hallway).
OR
The place you spend most time in (i.e. living room).
I don't have a porch, so front door opens into the hallway. I also have thermostatic valves on the radiators. I was thinking I could put it upstairs on an internal wall as I have a big landing (with a small radiator) - it's away from draughts so won't be set off just because I open the front door on a cold day.
What do you think?
