Window Frames

I have horrible dark wood window frames. I live in a block of flats, and externally they are all dark wood, with very slight variation. So when changing them, I need them to be the same.

What I want to know is, is it possible to buy windows that are dark on the outside, but white inside? I don't care about the outside as I don't have to look at it, but I really want white inside to help brighten up the room.

If they are wood you can sand them down and paint them white

They need completely replaced. Too draughty, chipped, wonky handles, etc.

DP is a window fitter. He said it's definitely possible. Don't go with safe style though!

Thank you Prosecco. Are Safe Style a company?

Can anyone give me rough cost to buy/fit a bay window? I'm in an attic flat, so not sure if that makes a difference.
