On our third buyer, third time lucky???

We are on our third buyer, I am so nervous something will go wrong, anyone been in this position? Did it go through, or did you have more disappointments? I can't relax till exchange! But then even then I've heard people can pull out!!!

Waves of empathy. I am currently trying to talk myself down from hyperventilating over a sale looking as if it may come unstuck. If you get to exchange at least you keep the 10% deposit.

Thanks Outlook, I want to ask the buyers 'are you definitely serious!? Will you pull out??' but then I'll look like a pyscho...our last buyers wrote us a long letter telling us how it was their perfect home and they loved it and wanted to start a family here then pulled out a week later, the first buyer pulled out on the day of exchange :( I hope your sale doesn't come unstuck this is such a stressful time.

I feel pathetic for being so stressed. Pulling out on the day of exchange must be hideous. Good luck with this one.

It was third time lucky for us. The first two pulled out for spurious reasons (cold feet basically) and we got our third offer from a Polish person the day before the EU referendum so I was convinced he would pull out! I did have to get a bit arsey at times to get things moving but it all went through in the end. Fingers crossed for you op.
