Does anyone recognise these cabinets?

Sorry, boring.

The kitchen in our new place was redone sometime within the last 3 years, or so we believe from what neighbour's said. We'd like to replace a couple of these cupboard doors with like for like, but don't know where they're from. I've looked online but can't find them. Can anyone help me find the shop/manufacturer/name of range? Thanks!

Ours is the same style and same handles but slightly different colour - it was from Howdens but this was about 15 years ago so it might be difficult to get replacements

Bluntness100 · 07/08/2017 15:54

They look like wickes to me, ( which is same as how dens).

Howdens Tewkesbury Light Oak?

Howdens 12 years ago, but I have longer handles.

Tote · 07/08/2017 15:58

The style and the handles look identical to my Howdons kitchen, but mine is white.

Nightmanagerfan · 07/08/2017 15:58

My kitchen! From howdens about ten years ago as others have said

PoopyPanda · 07/08/2017 16:10

You lot are bloody amazing. I'm getting the Howdens brochure now!

I have a near identical kitchen too. Ours was from B&Q I believe but discontinued about 1 or 2 years ago. However I've just found a near perfect match in wickes, called tulsa. It's not perfect but it fills the gap where an ancient dishwasher used to be. I was told in store that there are only a handful of cabinets makers in the country so most retailers own brands are made by the same companies.
Old B&Q on left and new wickes on right

They'll sell the handles in Ikea - called Lansa.

Gobbolinothewitchscat · 08/08/2017 15:23

Looks like the b&q kitchen we had in the house we just sold. Exactly the same handles too. We didn't put it in but we were going to replace it before we discided to move. Our builder and kids kitchen fitter came to do a quote and the kitchen fitter thought B&Q

PoopyPanda · 08/08/2017 15:53

Ah yes, it does look like Wickes Tulsa with the Lansa handles. Thank you! Unfortunately the Tulsa range doesn't seem to have any glass-panel cupboard doors, which I wanted for the glasses/drinks cupboard.

@PoopyPanda Did you ever buy panels for this kitchen, and if so, which ones did you buy and did they perfectly match? Think I have the same kitchen as this!

Nope, we never got around to it 😂

We are planning to rip it all out and get a completely new kitchen eventually, but so far have been avoiding it because of the disruption it will cause. Sorry!

No worries, thanks for the reply anyway! @MrsGotobed and @Janika you both said Howdens with some confidence, do you know which style it would be? I just got Tewkesbury Light Oak sample but it's not a perfect match unfortunately! We're looking to build an extra cupboard/cabinet but don't want to completely change the kitchen as it's in good nick! @PoopyPanda you don't happen to be based in Midlands do you?

PoopyPanda · 02/09/2024 20:03

No, I’m South East.
