I would say to all please never use this company( Thomas Sanderson) and buy their product. As it is been now 2 years since I bought their shutter for whole of my house windows and conservatories. The product is very cheap quality and keep falling apart. The conservatories door are crooked and do not sit in the frame properly as well as the shutter panels keep falling apart. They don't have any of their engineer, staff but contractors who came to my house with super glue to fix the broken shutter. I have spent over £15000 with them for a super glued product . We are very very angry with them as given many opportunities to them over last 2 years but they are not able to fix or give us a replacement. We cannot open or close the shutters as they all break apart on use. They have never delivered a good, superb quality product as their sales manager confidently highlighted during the sales time.
