Do people usually ask an advocate to look over a rental lease before signing? I haven't often rented accommodation, only once previously and the lease at that time was fairly easy to interpret. However, the lease I have for a property we are looking to rent looks more complicated and is full of jargon... I'm usually not so thick but feel uncomfortable just signing something I don't fully understand. WWYD?
