Saniflow grey water pump for shower? (Piglet John)

Does anyone have any experience of a grey water pump for a shower (saniflow/sanishower)?

I know saniflows are slated for toilet waste but would they be ok for a shower? It could be a solution for getting water from a proposed shower into our soil pipe (crappy designed loft conversion!)!

Do they clog up with hair/soap? Would a hair trap in the shower tray solve this?
Are they noisy?
What maintenance do they require?
Do they sit under the shower tray and does that then need to be raised to accommodate the unit?

Bit nervous about the idea but it could be the solution we're looking for!

I didn't know Saniflo (no w if you're googling) were slated. They've sold millions of the things

We have two Saniflo pumps - one in a cellar for pumping washing machine and sink water up and one for an attic bathroom. Both work fine. HTH

Thanks WowFudge.
Had 2nd plumber to quote for the job out today and he took the time to explain how one would work, and where and how he would fit it.
I think we're going to go ahead .... 😄(depending on the cost of it all!) 😕
