we applied for a new build SO house and despite passing the affordability test we missed out on the property we wanted due to eligibility and we instead have been offered a 2 bed coach house. We have lived in a flat for many years and really wanted a house....so my question is this, they are building 2 bed houses in the second phase so would my offer be transferable to that property or would i need to re apply again?
