Drain Survey Cost for homebuyer

I am in the process of buying a house. The seller may have built over some drains so I need to get a drain survey done to check this isn't the case and for piece of mind.

How much would I be looking at for a drain survey? A company just quoted me £175 plus vat for 30 mins work. Seems a lot. Also I live in the Kent area.

Any advice?

I paid £150 plus VAT for a full camera survey in N.London last month.

We paid £150 plus VAT a few weeks ago - Lincolnshire.
