Buying a repo. Advice needed ****

Hi all,

We are currently in the process of buying a repossessed property that has stood empty for a while.

All utilities we think have been disconnected.

So my question is, how do we go about reinstating all these ? Is it a simple case of going to new suppliers and starting again ??

i did the same
you should to get tresco out to look at the gas and contact who the supplier was to make sure accounts have been closed.
Best way is to start off with meter cards for both or if you already have the pay monthly meters just contact the supplier and account change.
