Hi everyone
Really stuck with what to do. My DH and I moved into our new build house 2 years ago. We have gone on to have a DS.
We had decided to sell a few months ago as the house is leasehold and also we have a busy road at the bottom of the garden (DS nursery backs on to this and I worry about him waking him and traffic fumes) and it's getting busier and busier. We accepted an offer within 10 days and put an offer on another house. Cut a long story short, we were so unsure as I wasn't totally for the new house (was on 3 levels, needed A LOT doing to it) our house is lovely but it's just the location so we decided to withdraw our offer and come off the market to see how we feel.
When we moved to the house we didn't think the location would bother us but it has started to. We are now flitting between selling up or staying and really don't know what to do. DH and I aren't good at making big decisions as it is!
Does anyone have any words of wisdom? The house itself is lovely and we haven't had any snagging problems at all.
