From memory we paid about £60k but that included moving a bathroom upstairs and new suite, new boiler, a new kitchen (and fitting it), bifold doors, stone flooring. It took about 12 weeks.

Loads. £80k+ in London.

One of the most expensive extensions you can do.

How many square metres and what region are you in?

is extending the kitchen out then cheaper? ie not to side but forwards lengthening house? Maybe I will just get french doors Grin
