Replacing old mira shower

We have an old mira shower, but it hasn't worked in years. We finally have a budget to fix it.
Would it be simpler to buy a new mira, I seem to remember you can get ones that can adapt to the existing pipes?
Or we could start fresh with a new electric one?
We would like as little disruption as possible.

I just replaced my old shower dont know the brand with mira shower. No issues whatsoever. Should be easy as long as cold/hot water pipes arr 150mm apart. I did myself and I am pretty rubish at DIY
