Hi, I'm new on here and hope someone may be able to help. I'm moving to a village in Herts where the property had planning permission granted in 2004 but never carried out. We want to make a few adjustments but nothing too major to original plans. Can anyone recommend someone who's reasonable and reliable please?

Are you just looking for someone to amend the CAD with your marked up changes? If so, have a look on People Per Hour. You can mark up the changes in pen, scan and send it over. Or have a look at CR Design Services - they handle the planning app, too.

Worth checking what planning was originally agreed and what you want to do with the current planning guidance in case anything has changed in the last 10 years. What was approved 10 years ago won't necessarily get passed today.
