Have started the ball rolling with selling my house and buying another one.
I have the deposit... what I don't have, in full, is all the other fees. Stamp duty, estate agent fees, paying off some bits of credit to assist in getting the mortgage etc.
If I get gifted small (ish) amounts from my family to assist with all this, do I need to declare it on the solicitor's forms and the application to the mortgage lender?
