Don't mean to be nosey but DH and I would like to extend our property but don't know if we can afford it. Just looking for some idea on how much we should expect to pay.
We live in a brand new 4 bed house with kitchen/diner at the back which extends the width of the house with a utility room at the end (with own door to outside). We'd like to create an 'L' shape by extending from the dining area to create a living snug area. We'd internalise the utility room so we'd have more space where the utility door currently is. I'd also like to knock a door from the utility to garage at same time and add a sink into utility room.No new kitchen needed. We're in Edinburgh. Thanks!
